FAQs
A bespoke suit is made of unique patterns tailor-made as per customer measurements. The OTR suit on the other hand is made in standard sizes with scope of minor changes if needed for better fit.
Advantages of bespoke:
The fitting of the suits is highly accurate. (90% of body sizes and shape aren’t identical or symmetrical). A bespoke suit can be made for all body shapes and sizes and will help you hide the subtle imperfections in your shape and posture thereby giving you a more flattering look. You have the freedom to choose the fabric, the quality, and colours while when you buy OTR your choices are limited. You also have complete freedom on customising options with regards to the style of the suit. This means you can choose where you want the trousers to start from, high medium or low and can also adjust the width, style, and shape of the lapels, pockets, and other parts.

We believe ordering custom clothing should be as much fun as wearing it. When you first come in, we’ll start by asking a few questions about your tastes and preferences to get to know you better. Once we understand what you like, we’ll help you choose from our wide range of fabrics and styling details.
If you need a little extra fashion advice, you’ve come to the right place. Clients value the expert and honest guidance they receive throughout the process. We’ll happily give you our suggestions on everything from the cut that works best for your build to designs and colors that are most flattering on you.
Once you’ve designed your new clothes, we’ll take extensive measurements to ensure a precise fit. For our female clients and hard to fit male clients, we also employ a state-of-the-art body scanner that supplements our hand measurements with over 100 additional data points.
We’ll contact you upon completion of your garments to schedule a fitting. If any alterations are needed, we generally perform them on-site in about a week or two.

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash, check and wire transfers.
In general, payment is taken in full when an order is placed. For new clients who are not yet acquainted with us, we allow a half payment when the order is placed. In this case, a credit card number will be kept on file to secure the remaining balance, which will be automatically collected when the garments are ready for fitting.
If we are unable to process payment for an outstanding balance and the balance remains unpaid for more than three months, the order is subject to cancellation without refund.
Amounts paid for garments that remain unmade will be applied to the client’s account as a credit (less a 20% restocking fee of the original full price for the garments). Garments that have been made and remain unclaimed may be donated to charity or discarded. No refunds or credits can be given for unclaimed garments that have been donated or discarded.
Generally, yes. We leave extra seam allowance in our bespoke garments, allowing them to be easily altered. Please note that some garments like jeans and leather pieces may not be alterable. If any alterations are needed, we generally complete them in-house within one to two weeks.
We offer free alterations on all bespoke garments for three months after you take them home.
For made-to-measure orders, we provide one round of complimentary alterations within two weeks of delivery. These include coat waist circumference, sleeve length, pant length, and adjustments to pant waist, seat, and crotch sizing. Any other requested alterations will be charged a la carte. We are not responsible for alterations needed because of weight gain or loss of more than five pounds from the time of measurement.
Every garment pricing is unique as it highly depends on the fabric selection. Typically our bespoke suits start at 3,200 AED, our bespoke shirts start at 450 AED and our bespoke trousers at 895 AED.
After each wear, hang your suit outside the closet overnight so that moisture and odor can escape the fabric. Hang your trousers long-ways from the bottom hem with a pant hanger – this allows the weight of the garment to pull wrinkles out naturally, thus reducing the need for pressing.
Your suits should be dry cleaned only if they become physically dirty, and generally should not be cleaned more than a few times a year. If your garment isn’t visibly dirty but needs a refreshing, use a hand-held steamer or have it hand-pressed by a reputable cleaner.
Although dry cleaning itself (if done properly) won’t damage a garment, far too many cleaners fail to adequately maintain their equipment and often use dirty chemicals in the “cleaning” process. Moreover, poor quality pressing can make your suits look old, tired and damaged after only one press. Invest in the best quality dry cleaner in your area to take care of your suits. While a good cleaner is expensive, they will keep your suits looking great for much longer than their mediocre competition will.
